Requirements
- University degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Master’s degree (advantage)
- STEP Diploma / TEP qualification (highly desirable)
- Willingness to obtain STEP/TEP with company support
- Experience with UHNW clients and international families
- International professional background (Switzerland, UK, Liechtenstein preferred)
- Professional fluency in Russian
- Professional fluency in German
- Professional fluency in English
- French language skills (advantage)
- Expertise in trust structures
- Expertise in taxation
- Expertise in common law
- Expertise in family governance
- Expertise in consolidated reporting
- Expertise in coordination of counterparties
- Expertise in analytics and reporting
- Expertise in documentation management
- Discretion and detail-orientation
- Proactiveness and resilience under pressure
- Empathy and strong negotiation skills
- Swiss/EU passport or valid Swiss work permit
Tasks
- Work closely with a Partner to service UHNW families
- Manage and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with external counterparties and advisors
- Prepare and review documentation
- Interact directly with client family members
- Support administration and management of complex international structures
- Prepare analytical and consolidated reports
