Requirements
- •3-5 years of experience in documentation review, client onboarding, account opening, and client contact in financial institutions
- •Demonstrated interpersonal skills and pro-active teamwork
- •Ability to work independently
- •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- •Highly motivated and persistent
- •Ability to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive, high-risk environment
- •Capable of prioritizing and eager to learn multiple products
- •Strong attention to detail
- •Willingness to go the extra mile
- •Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- •Proficient in handling urgent and escalation cases
- •Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- •Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

- •Manage customer interactions and documentation issuance
- •Review and set up systems for client onboarding
- •Oversee daily management of client onboarding processes
- •Define client onboarding requirements for account openings
- •Deliver high-quality service to customers and internal partners
- •Ensure timely and accurate execution of client onboarding functions
- •Resolve customer issues and provide superior customer service
- •Participate in project management within client onboarding services
- •Manage cross-functional relationships with various teams
- •Meet or exceed customer expectations based on service level agreements
- •Support new customer requirements and initiatives
- •Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations
- •Maintain a strong culture of risk and controls within the team
- •Perform routine tasks while developing broader contextual knowledge
- •Exercise independent judgment and autonomy in decision-making
- •Assess risk in business decisions to protect the firm's reputation
- •Drive compliance with laws and regulations, reporting control issues transparently
