Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in documentation review, client onboarding, account opening, and client contact in financial institutions

  • Support new customer requirements and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations
  • Maintain a strong culture of risk and controls within the team
  • Perform routine tasks while developing broader contextual knowledge
  • Exercise independent judgment and autonomy in decision-making
  • Assess risk in business decisions to protect the firm's reputation
  • Drive compliance with laws and regulations, reporting control issues transparently
