Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in documentation review, client onboarding, account opening, and client contact in financial institutions
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and pro-active teamwork
  • Ability to work independently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated and persistent
  • Ability to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive, high-risk environment
  • Capable of prioritizing and eager to learn multiple products

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in handling urgent and escalation cases
  • Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken)

  • Review and set up systems for client onboarding
  • Oversee daily management of client onboarding processes
  • Define client onboarding requirements for account openings
  • Deliver high-quality service to customers and internal partners
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of client onboarding functions
  • Resolve customer issues and provide superior customer service
  • Participate in project management within client onboarding services
  • Manage cross-functional relationships with various teams
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations based on service level agreements
  • Support new customer requirements and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations
  • Maintain a strong culture of risk and controls within the team
  • Perform routine tasks while developing broader contextual knowledge
  • Exercise independent judgment and autonomy in decision-making
  • Assess risk in business decisions to protect the firm's reputation
  • Drive compliance with laws and regulations, reporting control issues transparently
