- Drive workforce planning and talent initiatives
- Serve as liaison between BU and global People Function teams
- Collaborate with global leadership on People Function strategy
- Lead, mentor, and develop the People Function team
- Support leadership development initiatives
- Implement and measure people service and hospitality standards
- Manage the People team across gatesolutions and deSter sites
- Drive change management initiatives for transformation programs
- Set strategic direction for engagement and communication plans
- Optimize organizational structures for efficiency and growth
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and succession planning
- Align talent strategies with DEI goals
- Manage employee and industrial relations
- Act as escalation point for disputes and continuity plans
- Lead employee communication and engagement programs
- Ensure compliance with local laws and global policies
- Represent gatesolutions in implementing global policies
- Drive completion of standards and accreditations
- Support implementation of global People Digitalization strategy
- Define and execute digital HR strategy and training initiatives
- Monitor workforce trends and provide strategic insights
- Lead HR, ESG, and Internal Communications reporting
- Implement global compensation and benefits programs
- Drive pay transparency and regular compensation reviews
- Oversee annual salary reviews and bonus schemes
Education
- Bachelor's degree
