Requirements

• •PhD in Chemistry or related field
• •5+ years industrial experience in Chemistry
• •Practical experience in therapeutic peptide design
• •Experience coding in Python or willingness to learn
• •Genuine passion for AI/ML in drug design
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Creative problem solving and growth mindset
• •Experience with peptide screening techniques
• •Experience managing activities at CROs
• •Experience in structure-based drug design
• •Experience applying ML methods to drug discovery
• •Track record of authorship of scientific manuscripts

Tasks

• •Apply knowledge of peptide design and synthesis.
• •Utilize AI/ML models for drug discovery.
• •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for solutions.
• •Represent the company to collaborators and CROs.
