Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in HFT trading systems
  • •Willingness to learn and become an expert in Rust
  • •Open to candidates from C++/C backgrounds
  • •Strong experience in C++ or Rust
  • •Very strong on scalable systems architecture
  • •Experience with low latency and/or option trading
  • •Capability to work in a globally remote async team

  • •Operational mindset with understanding of infrastructure
  • •Expertise in low latency and/or data-heavy systems
  • •Very strong experience with Rust and/or C/C++

  • •Previous experience with exchange connectivity or FPGA technologies
  • •Experience with PostgreSQL databases and protobuf-based protocols
  • •Problem-solving and pragmatic system design approach

  • •Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset
  • •Interest in crypto trading and collaborative mindset
  • •Passing background checks as a prerequisite
