Requirements

  • Studium Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Robotik oder ähnlich (Master/PhD)
  • 10+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in Entwicklung/Industrialisierung von Aktuatoren
  • Kenntnisse Elektromotoren (BLDC, Servo, Torque)
  • Kenntnisse Getriebetechnologien (Zykloiden, Planeten, Wellen, etc.)
  • Kenntnisse Leistungselektronik / Embedded Systems
  • Kenntnisse Regelungstechnik / Motion Control
  • Erfahrung Prototypen- und Serienentwicklung
  • Erfahrung Robotik (Humanoide, Cobots, Industrieroboter)
  • Leitung interdisziplinärer Teams im R&D
  • Aufbau und Skalierung von Business Units
  • Strategische Planung
  • Budgetverantwortung
  • KPI-Management
  • Technische Visionen in marktfähige Produkte umsetzen
