Requirements
- •Swiss Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in IT or equivalent
- •Solid knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL and SSRS
- •Programming knowledge in C#, PHP, or other languages/scripting
- •Practical Power BI expertise with proven ability to design effective reports and dashboards
- •Experience analyzing, testing, and validating business applications
- •Experience with SAP Business One (T-SQL version) preferred
- •Experience with CRM systems ideally SugarCRM
- •Hands-on experience with AI tools and their practical applications
- •Strong analytical skills and structured approach to problem-solving
- •Genuine curiosity to understand production supply chain and financial processes
- •Confident communicator in international, multicultural settings
- •Comfort with modernizing legacy processes and driving digital transformation
- •Ability to train and mentor users from diverse departments and cultural backgrounds
- •Can-do mentality paired with critical thinking about broader impacts
- •Eagerness to learn new systems and technologies
- •Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- •German will be a plus

Tasks
- •Manage and enhance SAP Business One and other enterprise systems
- •Lead the migration of legacy processes to modern standards
- •Create and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services and Power BI
- •Design user-friendly Power BI reports for data-informed decision-making
- •Analyze and improve production and finance processes with stakeholders
- •Challenge and modernize existing workflows for future efficiency
- •Showcase new developments and analyze existing applications
- •Test current and emerging solutions for optimal performance
- •Communicate and coordinate with international teams across continents
- •Deliver training programs to colleagues in various departments
- •Contribute to developing scripts and automations for operational efficiency
- •Assist in maintaining and optimizing the CRM system
