- •Independent, efficient, proactive, and meticulous working style
- •Proficient user in MS Office applications

- •Support the Front Office with risk-related tasks
- •Perform risk and control self-assessments
- •Assess and handle operational risk incidents
- •Conduct ad hoc business risk and conduct reviews
- •Collaborate with 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defense
- •Work with Front Management and stakeholders on risk management
- •Prepare and deliver Regional and Market Risk Reporting
- •Ensure transparency and supervisory oversight in risk sessions
- •Address regulatory and quality assurance concerns
- •Drive risk awareness and training initiatives
- •Provide risk-related support for Regional and Market projects
- •Monitor and support remediation of risks and incidents
- •Ensure timely resolution of control issues identified by 2LoD
- •Coordinate with other BRMs and internal stakeholders
- •Lead change initiatives to improve risk management processes
- •Support strategic decisions balancing business objectives and risk
