In this role, you will be the go-to person for resolving application incidents and ensuring smooth operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve monitoring application performance, providing user support, and collaborating with various teams to implement enhancements and maintain compliance.

Requirements

• •Deep system knowledge in SAP EWM and TM
• •Profound understanding of application support processes and IT incident handling
• •Strong ability to diagnose complex problems
• •Excellent oral and written communication for stakeholder engagement
• •Familiarity with CSV compliance and security standards
• •Fluency in spoken and written English and German

• •Create and review system requirements as a business analyst
