Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP or similar systems advantageous
  • Good understanding of banking terminology and basic financial concepts
  • Highly structured, organised, reliable, and able to work effectively under time constraints
  • Professional written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Ability to establish productive work relationships and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; or equivalent vocational qualification with relevant experience
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative, analytical, or support function preferably within private banking or financial services
  • Previous exposure to cross-border teams or multicultural environments beneficial

Tasks

  • Assist in collecting and preparing sales performance reports
  • Monitor activity levels and product uptake
  • Flag trends or deviations for discussion
  • Support budget preparation and cost control activities
  • Maintain up-to-date reports of Key Performance Indicators
  • Oversee headcount planning and allocation requests
  • Assist in variance analyses against targets
  • Compile data and draft presentation materials for business reviews
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports
  • Facilitate day-to-day operations within the MEA Business Management
  • Minute leadership meetings and follow up on actions
  • Report into the Region and ExB
  • Track strategy and internal communication flows
  • Oversee planning and tracking of tasks for compliance
  • Coordinate with central functions as necessary
  • Run internal projects and provide oversight during roll-outs
  • Assist with timelines, stakeholder updates, and documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for routine inquiries
  • Escalate complex matters appropriately
