Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
  • 2+ years of experience in sales development in B2B environments
  • Very good at prospecting and cold-calling
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in German
  • Professional level fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Outgoing personality and passion to succeed
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Living in a commutable distance to Vienna or willing to relocate
  • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, supply chains and what we do
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Tasks

  • Handle high volume prospecting for qualified leads
  • Develop new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold calling, and emailing
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to create and implement prospect strategies and plans
  • Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads while meeting quarterly goals
  • Understand customer requirements and needs using sales methodologies
  • Monitor multiple projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines are met
