Description

In this role, you will actively seek new market opportunities and build strong relationships with customers in the Swiss (Bio)Pharma sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve driving sales growth, managing accounts, and representing the company at industry events.

Requirements

• •Scientific degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
• •At least 3 years of experience in customer interaction, ideally with initial exposure to Business Development
• •Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microbiology
• •Solid knowledge of GMP regulations
• •Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and teamwork skills
• •Proficiency in common IT applications, including MS Office and CRM systems
• •Excellent spoken and written English skills
• •Willingness to travel up to 20%

• •Drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities
• •Close deals aligned with strategic objectives
• •Implement targeted sales strategies for market penetration
• •Plan and execute sales activities to achieve revenue goals
• •Manage existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
• •Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• •Represent the company at conferences and industry events
• •Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and customer databases
