- Five years experience in business development, product management or sales

- Political awareness and autonomous work style
- Understanding of European Defense Industry procurement
- Entrepreneurial thinking and strategic partnership development
- Data analysis and strategy adjustment skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and German
Tasks
- Increase sales and market share for defense sub-segments
- Map and analyze regional market opportunities
- Identify key stakeholders and initiate new business
- Coach and support local sales teams
- Represent the company at fairs and events
- Identify customer needs to drive product development
- Act as the divisional contact for product companies
- Develop and implement a channel partner strategy
- Collaborate with global divisions and application centers
- Manage key accounts and share regional success cases
- Develop business cases for new product opportunities
- Make strategic decisions to increase regional profitability
