- Master's Degree or equivalent experience
- Business analysis experience in business computing
- Knowledge of common business processes/best practices
- Experience in agile product management environments
- Coaching business analysts and specialists in agile roles
- Strategic product initiatives and framing high-level business initiatives (nice to have)
- User relationship management: understanding user behavior, journeys, pain-points
- Capturing and analysis of ICT system requirements
- Technology understanding to translate needs to product requirements
- Process analysis, definition, and improvement
- Change management
- Designing and developing user experiences and interfaces
- Business computing knowledge in Finance, HR, Logistics, Supply Chain
- Identification and selection of relevant emerging ICT technologies
- Working in the interest of the organization
- Building relationships and encouraging others' views
- Working well in teams and participating fully
- Demonstrating accountability for own actions and decisions
- Managing self: seeking feedback and improving performance
- Spoken and written English or French
- Commitment to learn the other language (English/French)
Tasks
- Liaise between agile teams, product managers, business partners, and users
- Analyse business processes and systems for improvement and optimisation
- Develop and maintain business process documentation using BPMN and modelling tools
- Guide cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements and system enhancements
- Lead business analysis efforts to support strategic objectives
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise business requirements
- Coordinate BA/UX chapter activities and practices
- Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of shared methodologies
- Support the development and coaching of team members
