- •Master Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or IT
- •5+ years experience as Business Analyst in payments
- •Experience with instant/real-time SIC phase 1
- •Strong ISO 20022 knowledge (pacs/pain/camt)
- •Understanding of instant payment requirements
- •Rough knowledge of Finastra payments platforms
- •Excellent stakeholder management skills
- •Excellent documentation skills

- •Translate SIC IP scheme rules into business specifications
- •Convert ISO 20022 message requirements into functional specifications
- •Shape end-to-end instant payment flows across various channels
- •Manage liquidity, sanctions, fraud, and posting flows
- •Drive integration with Finastra Service Bureau and components
- •Coordinate real-time screening and connectivity tooling integration
- •Manage SIX testing via validation portals and onboarding windows
- •Lead internal SIT and UAT testing phases
- •Develop operational playbooks and monitoring controls
- •Support go-live readiness and cut-over processes
