- Master's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Business analysis experience in business computing
- Knowledge of common business processes/best practices
- Experience in agile product management environments
- Coaching business analysts and specialists in agile roles
- Strategic product initiatives and framing high-level business initiatives (nice to have)
- User relationship management: understanding user behaviour, journeys, pain-points
- Capturing and analysis of requirements for ICT systems
- Technology understanding to translate needs to product requirements
- Process analysis, definition, and improvement
- Change management
- Conceptualising, designing, and developing user experiences and interfaces
- Business computing knowledge in Finance, HR, Logistics, Supply Chain domains
- Identification and selection of relevant emerging ICT technologies
- Focusing on the broader organizational picture
- Building relationships and appreciating others' contributions
- Working well in teams and participating fully
- Demonstrating accountability for own actions and decisions
- Actively seeking feedback and improving own performance
- Spoken and written English or French
- Commitment to learn the other language (English/French)
Tasks
- Analyse business processes and systems
- Identify areas for improvement and optimisation
- Develop and maintain business process documentation
- Use BPMN and specialised tools
- Guide cross-functional teams in implementation
- Lead business analysis for strategic objectives
- Provide strategic guidance to senior management
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Prioritise business requirements
- Participate in BA/UX chapter activities
- Coordinate practices and methodologies
- Support team development and coaching
