Requirements

  • Understanding of diversity and inclusion
  • Background investigations and reference checks for past ten years

Tasks

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for students
  • Offer emotional support and practical guidance
  • Collaborate with House Parents and the Health Centre
  • Foster a positive and inclusive house environment
  • Promote teamwork, respect, and responsibility
  • Encourage student engagement in house activities
  • Participate in a range of student activities and excursions
  • Support evening, weekend, and holiday activity schedules
  • Assist with daily operations of the house
  • Supervise meals and oversee laundry
  • Support student wake-up and bedtime routines
  • Ensure the house environment is clean and organized
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping for attendance
  • Conduct student check-ins and other administrative tasks
  • Contribute to student progress reports
  • Monitor student whereabouts and adherence to curfews
  • Follow protocols for missing students and emergencies
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and integrity
  • Support students from diverse cultural backgrounds
