Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in change management, communication, operational excellence, or transformation roles
  • Experience supporting large-scale system deployments (ideally IWS-based operating systems)
  • Ability to work in complex, global organizations and influence diverse teams
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and content creation skills
  • Experience in manufacturing and capability-building systems is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, psychology, operations, HR, or related fields
  • Change Management Certifications an advantage
  • Proficient in English, any additional language an advantage
  • Strong expertise in communication strategy, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement

Tasks

  • Lead global BCOS change strategy
  • Ensure clear planning and stakeholder alignment
  • Develop and maintain BCOS change framework
  • Support Program Lead in embedding zero loss mindset
  • Develop global BCOS communication plan
  • Create messaging, storytelling, and branding materials
  • Produce toolkits and communication assets
  • Ensure transparent and timely updates
  • Develop training material and onboarding packages
  • Enable leadership engagement through communication routines
  • Drive global BCOS events and workshops
  • Coordinate with regional and site BCOS leads
  • Partner with HR and Learning & Development teams
  • Integrate BCOS into organizational processes
  • Serve as central point for communication consistency
  • Monitor adoption and readiness levels
  • Collect feedback for continuous improvement
  • Prepare leadership reviews and dashboards
