Requirements

Tasks
- Conduct audits across the Life insurance value chain
- Collaborate with audit team members and Centres of Excellence
- Undertake risk assessment and audit planning
- Identify key risks and assess the control environment
- Leverage Data Analytics and IT fundamentals
- Apply agentic AI where appropriate
- Manage stakeholder relationships and build strong connections
- Develop high-quality audit reports with clear business impact
- Foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Contribute to strategic priorities and audit function development
- Audit core operational activities like underwriting, claims, and policy servicing
- Gain exposure to commercial and technical aspects of the Life business
- Support audits in other territories
- Deliver audits to exceptional quality, on time, and within budget
- Prepare and deliver clear and impactful audit reports
- Maintain open and constructive relationships with stakeholders
- Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous learning
- Coach and upskill team members
- Enhance skills in Data Analytics, IT, and Agentic AI
- Support risk assessment, audit planning, and team activities
- Collaborate with all levels to achieve optimal audit outcomes
