Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree or professional qualification
  • Minimum 7+ years relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management or Compliance
  • Experience in complex, fast-moving, international organizations
  • Strong understanding of Internal Audit Standards, methodology, and internal control frameworks
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Strong relationship management skills, influencing stakeholders across various levels
  • Experience dealing with regulators and/or external stakeholders preferred
  • Strong understanding of Investment Management and Asset Management
  • Good experience/understanding of new world skills (Data, IT, AI)
  • Strong project management skills, team organization, task prioritization, guidance, and coaching
  • Passion and enthusiasm for personal and team growth
  • Fluent verbal and written English language skills

Tasks

  • Conduct audits, collaborating with team members
