Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing online and/or offline marketing campaigns
- Advanced analytical skills and data-driven approach
- Strong attention to detail and structured mindset
- Experience in managing agency and media supplier relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with programmatic media buying
- Experience in shaping creative strategy and direction
- Fluency in an additional European language, especially German, Spanish, Swedish, or Portuguese
- High motivation, adaptability, and drive to challenge the status quo
Tasks
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across TV, OOH, Radio, and digital channels
- Develop and implement measurement and attribution methods for marketing effectiveness
- Analyze campaign performance by connecting KPIs with core business data
- Identify growth opportunities using industry-leading analytics tools
- Manage and allocate budgets across channels for efficient customer acquisition
- Build data-backed business cases for brand initiatives
- Foster relationships with media partners
- Negotiate TV pricing and manage agency relationships
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to inspire impactful campaign concepts
- Identify, test, and scale new offline and online channels for growth
