Tasks

  • Implement a multichannel and omnichannel sales strategy for clinics
  • Monitor target-oriented KPIs using market data and future trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Swiss and global management teams
  • Share best practices and knowledge to achieve national goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare industry KOLs
  • Negotiate agreements and manage selected key accounts
  • Lead and inspire the professional sales team
  • Bridge communication between field and office staff
  • Manage local and global reporting requirements
