Requirements
- •Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field
- •7–10+ years of supply chain experience in regulated healthcare
- •APICS/CPIM or related professional certification preferred
- •Understanding of GMP/GDP and pharmaceutical distribution models
- •Experience with ERP systems and supply planning tools
- •Experience in launching new markets and supply planning
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- •Ability to manage complex projects and timelines
- •Excellent command in English

Tasks
- •Lead end-to-end product introductions into the supply network
- •Define and implement compliant business models with cross-functional teams
- •Negotiate supply chain terms and Incoterms in agreements
- •Coordinate Master Data collection for S4/Hana and planning tools
- •Ensure affiliate models meet Quality, Finance, and Logistics requirements
- •Monitor product readiness across distribution and customer service teams
- •Oversee ERP implementations for new affiliate distribution setups
- •Map material, quality, and financial supply flows for IT
- •Assess regional distribution flows and cross-border supply routes
- •Develop business cases and cost analyses for new markets
- •Provide operational feasibility insights and supply chain risk assessments
- •Create short, mid, and long-term supply plans
- •Convert demand forecasts into actionable supply signals
- •Monitor production adherence and inventory to avoid service risks
- •Manage replenishment parameters and safety stock targets
- •Coordinate technical input for supplier agreements and business reviews
- •Review KPIs and communicate follow-up actions to senior management
- •Identify supply constraints and propose mitigation plans
- •Perform root cause analysis for supply issues
- •Develop scenario plans to support strategic decision-making
