- Support HRBPs in talent processes (succession planning, talent reviews)
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development
- Use people analytics to identify trends and opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Adapt global engagement strategies and surveys regionally
- Integrate EVP into talent programs and communications
- Define and track success metrics for talent programs
- Leverage AI and analytics to enhance talent initiatives
- Advise HRBPs and business leaders with data-driven insights
- Partner with global COEs and regional teams for alignment
