  • Fluency in German (min. C2 level)

  • Maintain and update communication materials
  • Identify relevant topics for stakeholders
  • Translate topics into engaging content
  • Tailor messaging in German and English
  • Align communication with organizational objectives
  • Manage internal and external digital channels
  • Distribute content across platforms
  • Track and report on engagement metrics
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support Local Emergency Team
  • Prepare crisis communication templates
  • Monitor communication channels during crises
  • Support rollout of approved messaging
