- Create presentations and documents for key appointments
- Support CEO with email and communication management
- Prioritize topics and draft responses
- Protect CEO’s focus time
- Coordinate business travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Handle expense reports and administrative follow-ups
- Support board, investor, and publisher communication
- Prepare and document communication materials
- Handle confidential topics with professionalism and discretion
- Ensure a welcoming and organized workplace
- Organize team events and office gatherings
- Support company meetings and internal celebrations
- Contribute to positive and productive office culture
