Assistant Relationship Manager(m/w/x)

Tasks

  • Support Relationship Managers with private client requests
  • Place orders for trades and transactions
  • Execute payments and place loans or deposits
  • Respond promptly to incoming client calls
  • Maintain accurate records of client instructions and preferences
  • Generate system-based reports for the team
  • Provide clients with factual information and data
  • Assist with on-site reception and cash services
  • Monitor maturity lists for deposits and loans
  • Organize client meetings and prepare necessary documentation
  • Troubleshoot issues through internal cross-team collaboration
  • Adhere strictly to all legal and compliance guidelines
  • Escalate risks and concerns to senior colleagues
