Tasks

  • Support team and RMs with Intermediaries & FO requests
  • Handle trading and operational client requests
  • Place orders and execute payments
  • Process loans and deposits
  • Ensure accurate and timely responses
  • Escalate issues to senior colleagues
  • Promote and service e-channels for Intermediaries & FO
  • Process related e-channel requests and enquiries
  • Exchange information with RMs and stakeholders
  • Maintain high-quality client care
  • Support client interaction in all aspects
  • Answer incoming calls and take prompt action
  • Update client records and preferences
  • Create system-based reports for RMs
  • Provide clients with information and data
  • Process transactions and client requests
  • Monitor maturity lists for deposits, loans, trades
  • Take standard actions or seek instructions
  • Organize and follow up client meetings
  • Prepare meeting logistics and documents
  • Support RM in investigations and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with internal teams and units
  • Adhere to compliance and legal guidelines
  • Follow internal rules, regulations, and policies
  • Raise concerns and escalate issues as needed
