Tasks
- Assist senior leaders with daily organizational tasks
- Manage internal and external meeting calendars
- Coordinate international and domestic travel bookings
- Prepare travel itineraries and logistics in Outlook
- Organize and coordinate events and offsites
- Support business unit management, including goal and KPI tracking
- Prepare presentation materials and documents for meetings
- Assemble and print meeting agendas and handouts
- Process and track monthly expense reports
- Maintain and update internal databases and systems
- Review and format PowerPoint presentations
- Handle general administrative duties efficiently
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
