  • •Knowledge of HSEQ standards and regulatory requirements
  • •Deep knowledge of chemical production unit operations
  • •Understanding of capital project economics and costing
  • •Fluency in French
  • •Proficiency in English
  • •Experience in chemical production or process engineering
  • •Experience in capital project evaluation and implementation
  • •Ability to influence senior leadership and teams
  • •Experience in operations and supply chain intersection

  • •Build relationships with Supply Chain teams to anticipate availability
  • •Manage the asset strategy database to support scenario planning
  • •Lead technical feasibility and capital requirement siting studies
  • •Develop forward-looking asset allocation scenarios for leadership
  • •Partner with Operational Excellence to optimize asset performance
