- Manage the introduction of new products and equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on process optimizations
- Create and approve manufacturing instructions and SOPs
- Process market complaints and implement corrective actions
- Implement hygiene and zoning concepts
- Coordinate and ensure completion of required trainings
- Promote LEAN thinking and continuous improvement
- Lead and motivate the team during daily operations
