- Recruit and onboard new team members
- Implement strategies to expand market share
- Drive sustainable service order growth
- Optimize sales tools and team processes
- Monitor pipelines and forecast sales results
- Provide performance reports and market intelligence
- Develop and launch customer-oriented service solutions
- Align sales actions with internal departments
- Build trust with key strategic partners
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
