- Understanding of Energy applications and Medium Voltages
- Track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to execute successful sales strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to travel
- Structured, proactive, and flexible work approach
- Analytical abilities and proficiency in Salesforce and Office
- Fluent English and knowledge of European languages
Tasks
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies
- Implement account development plans
- Achieve assigned sales quotas
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships
- Train and support local sales representatives
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams
- Negotiate and close complex sales agreements
- Represent the company at industry events
