Tasks
- Collaborate with customers for seamless policy deployment
- Serve as technical bridge between R&D and customer operations
- Retrain and fine-tune RL policies for customer robots
- Deploy and evaluate trained policies on robot hardware
- Ensure safety and performance benchmarks are met
- Manage end-to-end RL model lifecycle for key accounts
- Monitor RL model performance
- Manage data loops for RL models
- Ensure consistent behavior across robot fleets
- Provide high-touch technical support during integration
- Troubleshoot neural network and hardware interactions
