Requirements
- •Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or information sciences
- •Technical expertise and functional knowledge of a core banking system, preferably Transakt (Temenos)
- •Experience in an international environment
- •Proven ability to prioritize workload and work with minimal direct supervision
- •Leadership, empathy, and strong communication skills
- •Flexibility and adaptability to change
Education
Tasks
- •Define and monitor the backlog
- •Facilitate workshops and create functional specifications for feature development
- •Draft test cases and acceptance criteria with possible support from a Business Analyst
- •Consider maintenance requests
- •Validate feasibility studies of requests
- •Ensure backlog visibility and clarity for all stakeholders
- •Prioritize activities and evolution requests with technical teams and partners
- •Provide clear instructions to technical teams
- •Ensure teams build the right functionality according to detailed requirements
- •Enforce application obligations and best practices related to security, data protection, compliance, and methodology
- •Support the Release Manager in planning and deploying deliveries
- •Participate in testing efforts in the SIT environment
- •Facilitate acceptance of the application by the Domain Expert in the UAT environment
- •Ensure application quality
- •Provide training and documentation support for users
- •Document the deployment process for the production team
- •Define recurring tasks for orchestration and execution
- •Contribute to incident resolution related to the application
- •Participate in sessions with the Product Owner and development partner as needed
