Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Radiology Technology, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
  • •Expert knowledge of X-ray imaging systems and medical imaging software
  • •Strong understanding of radiology workflows, imaging protocols, and dose management
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • •Fluency in English and Arabic; other languages are a plus
  • •Willingness to travel to distributor and customer sites as required

Tasks

  • •Provide technical and clinical support for X-ray imaging applications
  • •Conduct on-site and remote system demonstrations and training sessions
  • •Guide radiology staff and distributor teams on workflow
  • •Assist distributors with application-related queries and troubleshooting
  • •Analyze customer workflows and recommend optimal system configurations
  • •Collaborate with sales, service, and R&D teams for product feedback
  • •Prepare and deliver product presentations and training materials
  • •Stay updated on industry trends and emerging imaging technologies
  • •Participate in product launches and continuing education initiatives
  • •Self-train on software changes
