Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or related disciplines
  • Internship in banking sector, finance function, or commodity industry
  • High degree of verbal and analytical competence
  • Good understanding of financial concepts
  • Excellent oral and written English skills
  • 1-3 years of commercial work experience
  • Keen interest and good know-how of banking solutions for TCF clients
  • Good understanding of credit analysis, ING systems and procedures
  • Passion for relationship management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Dedication, ambition, and ownership
  • Clear and effective written and oral communication in English
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and ability to handle multiple projects

  • Perform financial analysis

  • Manage drawdowns and credit reviews
  • Handle waivers and KYC reviews
  • Ensure data quality management

  • Assist with legal and CDD requirements
  • Follow up on documentation conditions
  • Review ratings
  • Meet with selected clients
  • Prepare call reports
  • Maintain data quality of credit files
  • Ensure compliance and KYC adherence
  • Participate in portfolio management presentations
  • Prepare RWAs reports
  • Write industry notes
  • Support SRMs in leading Deal Teams
  • Coordinate with various front office teams
  • Support global business origination
  • Develop cross-buy opportunities
  • Handle syndicated loans
  • Support financial markets activities
  • Manage debt capital markets
  • Coordinate capital structuring and advisory
