Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or related field
- •Advanced degree or CFA designation is a plus
- •1-3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or related field
- •Strong analytical skills
- •Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- •High level of attention to detail
- •Strong organizational skills
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Tasks
- •Analyze and evaluate LP portfolios and GP-led transactions
- •Conduct due diligence, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment
- •Maintain core limited partnership models
- •Prepare investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee
- •Support sourcing, evaluation, and execution of direct private equity investments
- •Perform industry and company research to identify investment opportunities
- •Assist in preparing financial models, investment theses, and due diligence reports
- •Evaluate and monitor primary fund investments
- •Conduct market analysis and track industry trends
- •Assist in preparing investment recommendations and performance reports
- •Monitor performance of existing investments and prepare regular updates
- •Assist in developing and implementing value creation plans
- •Support preparation of valuations, quarterly and annual reports for investors
