- Coordinate workflow and assign tasks
- Enforce safety and regulatory compliance
- Support proper use of tools and PPE
- Inspect work for quality and adherence to specifications
- Coordinate manpower planning and workflow adjustments
- Train and mentor paint technicians and apprentices
- Maintain accurate records of labor and materials
- Communicate with other departments for smooth aircraft flow
- Troubleshoot paint and equipment issues
- Recommend process improvements
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
