AI Security Architect(m/w/x)
Global AI governance program development and security control enhancement for asset management. Information security and AI risk experience in financial services required. Hybrid model, flexible work arrangements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in information security and AI risk in financial services/asset management
- Strong knowledge of AI and model governance, MLOps, lifecycle management
- Familiarity with security and third-party risk controls for AI systems
- Experience with threat modelling using internationally recognized frameworks (e.g., MITRE, STRIDE)
- Deep expertise in security architecture and best practices
- Deep understanding of security/AI regulations (e.g., DORA, EU AI Act) and Responsible AI principles
- Solid experience with security standards/frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001/27005, NIST CSF, NIST AI RMF, SOC 2)
- Ability to apply security standards pragmatically in AI/model risk contexts
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls, workflows, governance
- Hands-on experience creating best practice aligned guidelines, procedures, methodologies for control testing
- Ability to develop practical, actionable solutions addressing business needs and regulatory expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including senior management engagement
- Proven track record working with diverse, distributed global teams
- Ability to balance multiple concurrent priorities and manage deadlines
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken
Tasks
- Support global AI governance programme development
- Enhance security and safeguarding controls
- Establish security processes for AI model changes
- Maintain periodic safeguarding control reviews
- Review AI use cases and systems for risks
- Classify and document AI risks
- Monitor secure architecture practices
- Perform threat modeling for AI systems
- Automate monitoring and oversight activities
- Define key risk indicators for AI security
- Contribute to AI governance forums
- Report to governance committees on AI risks
- Act as contact for auditors and business partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally
- Conduct AI-specific vendor risk assessments
- Participate in global security awareness programs
- Promote responsible and secure AI practices
- Ensure organization-wide adherence to AI guidelines
