AI/ML Solution Engineer(m/w/x)

Description

As an AI/ML Solution Engineer, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative AI solutions, collaborating with both business and technical teams to enhance processes and drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

• •University degree in computer science, data science, information technology, artificial intelligence, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or any other STEM degree
• •At least 2 years of professional experience in a related field, such as data science, software engineering, solution/AI engineering, or similar
• •Strong knowledge and experience with Python, SQL, and React (Typescript); additional knowledge in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and Microsoft Azure is strongly preferred
• •In-depth knowledge of generative AI technologies (LLMs) and traditional ML methods
• •Proven experience in implementing enterprise-grade (Gen)AI/ML solutions
• •Interest in and strong affinity with technology, particularly AI/ML
• •Knowledge and understanding of software design and development principles in an enterprise context
• •Proven experience in working in large-scale or complex technology landscapes is a plus
• •Excellent analytical and technical skills and attention to detail
• •Motivation to work at the intersection of technology, research, and business
• •Great team player and ability to work collaboratively at various levels of the organization
• •Proactive personality who takes ownership and uses initiative
• •Fluency in English
• •Experience in leading technical deliveries and delivery teams in the AI/ML space
• •Experience with modern cloud data toolsets, preferably Microsoft Azure
• •General knowledge about financial markets, preferably private markets
• •German skills

Tasks

• •Deliver AI/ML solutions across LGT CP
• •Develop and test AI/ML solutions based on business needs
• •Enhance the proprietary, cloud-based (Gen)AI infrastructure
• •Redesign and simplify business processes using data and technology
• •Extract business requirements and create technical specifications
• •Design scalable, enterprise-grade data and AI products
• •Lead the AI solution engineering team as a technological expert
• •Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure business adoption
• •Explain complex topics to both business and technical teams
• •Share knowledge and actively support the Data & Analytics team
• •Represent the AI solution engineering team within the IT department
