- Experience implementing evaluation frameworks and regression testing for AI systems
- Experience integrating AI services into backend systems and cloud-native environments
- Strong software engineering skills in Python, API design and containerized deployments
- Familiarity with observability, monitoring and production operations for distributed systems
- Ability to reason about system boundaries, autonomy levels and failure modes
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams in federated or hub-and-spoke delivery environments
- Fluent in English
- German is a strong advantage
Tasks
- Design and evolve enterprise agent frameworks
- Develop reusable agent infrastructure
- Engineer structured single-agent and multi-agent systems
- Define architectural patterns for distributed agent workflows
- Implement reliability patterns for LLM-based systems
- Optimize latency, token efficiency, and cost-per-interaction
- Apply context management and grounding techniques
- Engineer high-quality prompts and system instructions
- Define and maintain prompt libraries and versioning standards
- Design multilingual conversational flows
- Design and maintain evaluation harnesses
- Define measurable acceptance thresholds
- Monitor production behavior and performance metrics
- Integrate agentic systems into enterprise channels
- Implement observability standards
- Support go-live and post-incident improvement cycles
- Implement bounded autonomy and human-in-the-loop control
- Enforce guardrails and policy compliance
- Collaborate with Security, Privacy, and Governance teams
- Design and implement intelligent agents for customer operations
- Develop and integrate specialized agents into multi-agent architecture
- Deploy AI copilots for internal teams
