Requirements
- Degree in Business, HR, or equivalent
- Experience in HR operations or administration
- Problem-solving, organizational, and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in fast-paced, international environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and French
- Italian language skills (advantageous)
- PC-savvy and ability to learn systems
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, MS Office (plus)
Tasks
- Address employee and manager HR inquiries
- Manage tickets, chats, calls, and emails
- Escalate complex issues to specialized HR teams
- Administer onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage internal employee lifecycle changes
- Update employee data in Workday and SAP
- Maintain accurate records in ServiceNow
- Generate HR documents, certificates, and letters
- Create HR templates and reports
- Document and communicate process changes
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and standards
- Support payroll and HR operational teams
- Monitor service level agreements and KPIs
- Implement corrective actions for performance goals
- Collaborate with HR Operations on process optimization
