Tasks

- •Provide support via email and phone
- •Advise on positioning, revenue management, and marketing
- •Execute action plans with sales and marketing teams
- •Develop promotional plans including festivals and loyalty programs
- •Negotiate win-win conditions to optimize restaurant margins
- •Increase seat-occupancy rates through strategic planning
- •Monitor compliance with quality policies and terms
- •Ensure an excellent B2C user experience
- •Provide tool training and technical support
- •Collaborate with departments to improve product relevance
