Tasks

  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Serve as the main client contact and trusted advisor

  • Provide expert guidance to help clients achieve goals
  • Address client feedback and concerns effectively
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop account plans to meet revenue targets
  • Manage contract negotiations and renewals
  • Ensure timely account receivables
  • Maximize client utilization of Evooq products
  • Inform clients about new products and features
  • Understand and align with evolving client needs
  • Track and analyze key account metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams for client success
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting
