Tasks

  • Handle operational account management and clear system alerts
  • Participate in and lead portions of client meetings
  • Maintain accurate client data within CRM systems
  • Interact independently with clients regarding account management
  • Support Relationship Managers with systems, applications, and processes
  • Provide operational coverage and client interaction during absences
  • Compile presentations and draft investment proposals
  • Support marketing activities and create customized client reports
  • Manage calendars, business trips, and meeting post-processing
  • Lead internal projects impacting account relationships
  • Share research and ideas to improve team productivity
  • Manage expense claim processes for the team
  • Monitor risks and escalate compliance concerns independently
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations and internal policies
  • Clear pending items and escalated deficiencies promptly
  • Document client interactions accurately in CRM tools
