Tasks
- Support and stimulate Natural Foods growth through commercial partners
- Develop joint business plans for focus markets
- Define optimal Route-to-Market strategies with local partners
- Implement repeatable activation models in key outlets
- Enhance commercial partners' performance using market insights
- Analyze market data to build effective customer selling stories
- Use insights from other markets to support commercial partners
- Conduct frequent business reviews with partners
- Regularly follow up with partners
- Define optimal product pricing based on guidelines and competition
- Develop market insights through KPI dashboards and performance analysis
- Optimize product assortment and identify new product opportunities
- Create internal business cases for new product launches
- Report to the Global Sales Manager Natural Foods
