Tasks

• •Manage account administration and documentation formalities
• •Maintain high-quality client identification and legal forms
• •Handle daily operational account management and system alerts
• •Update and maintain accurate client CRM data
• •Interact independently with internal and external stakeholders
• •Provide clients with customized information and reports
• •Support Relationship Managers in implementing tailored solutions
• •Participate in and lead portions of client meetings
• •Channel client feedback to improve internal bank processes
• •Ensure operational coverage for the team during absences
