Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consultative sales
  • Experience selling to FSI industry
  • Strong intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
  • Proven experience building client relationships at C-level
  • Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – desired
  • Business fluent in English and German

Tasks

  • Manage client accounts to enhance satisfaction and retention
  • Drive account growth through contract expansion and new product introductions
  • Consult with C-level executives to develop enterprise-wide strategies
  • Achieve a quota of over $1M in contract value within a designated territory
  • Execute Gartner’s sales methodology consistently
  • Plan accounts and manage territory effectively
  • Maintain forecast accuracy on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Stay informed about competitive landscape and market trends
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Gartner’s products and services
