Tasks

  • Execute a strategic go-to-market approach
  • Represent Unblu to customers, prospects, and partners
  • Build a foundation for customer base and revenue growth
  • Build and manage a sustainable opportunity pipeline
  • Manage a growing opportunity pipeline through account-based selling
  • Drive the complete sales cycle
  • Generate new business leads
  • Close new business deals
  • Manage installed base business in the DACH region
  • Review customer requests and issues
  • Manage customer requests and issues
  • Escalate customer requests and issues to resolution
  • Act as an advocate within Unblu
  • Ensure customer requests and issues are addressed promptly
  • Represent Unblu at meetings
  • Represent Unblu at events
  • Represent Unblu at webinars
  • Understand client business requirements intimately
  • Act as a respected business partner to clients
  • Identify potential new partners within the ecosystem
  • Support partner onboarding
