Requirements
- Proven success in client-facing software selling
- Proven success selling into financial industry
- Proven track record in quota achievement
- Established network in financial services
- Understanding of digital technologies
- Proficiency in German and English
- Excellent communicator, flawless written skills
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Experience in prospecting, client consultation, problem-solving, closing, and maintaining accounts
- Self-motivated, works independently
- Outstanding team player, great interpersonal skills
- Ready to travel as account base requires
Tasks
- Execute a strategic go-to-market approach
- Represent Unblu to customers, prospects, and partners
- Build a foundation for customer base and revenue growth
- Build and manage a sustainable opportunity pipeline
- Manage a growing opportunity pipeline through account-based selling
- Drive the complete sales cycle
- Generate new business leads
- Close new business deals
- Manage installed base business in the DACH region
- Review customer requests and issues
- Manage customer requests and issues
- Escalate customer requests and issues to resolution
- Act as an advocate within Unblu
- Ensure customer requests and issues are addressed promptly
- Represent Unblu at meetings
- Represent Unblu at events
- Represent Unblu at webinars
- Understand client business requirements intimately
- Act as a respected business partner to clients
- Identify potential new partners within the ecosystem
- Support partner onboarding
